Default Header ? Help please

Im new to the honda scene. I have a 96 HB d16y7, i bought a header off of craigslist, R1 racing 4 into 1 and the guy told me it was out of a civic. Here is my ? can anyone tell me is there a difference between a b series bolt patern and a d series bolt patern at the head? I suspect this is a b series header as it wont fit my d16y7. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

yea there's a difference
R1, never heard of it... it's probably crap
get something at least decent, like a megan racing 4-2-1 or 4-1 header, they're like 150 on ebay
how much did you pay for it?

I put a pace setter 4-2-1 (armor coated) on my 98 ex a few weeks ago, I am very happy with it thus far.... sorry Megan lovers, the pace setter ones aren't high end, but they're way better than the Megan ones.

what's better about them that makes them different from megan?

my megan header has no problems (except that when i installed it i didn't check the midway flange bolts for the first couple days and must have not torqued them enough, but i have it all fixed up now)
