i really cant tanswer the first questin, i think the stainless is lighter though. but the 4-2-1 design gives you a little more torque at lower rpms, and is mostley used for auto-x, as the 4-1 does the opposite, giving you greater power as the rpm's get higher.

most quality headers have ceramic on the inside anyway, so as long as its a good brand, it comes down to the finish you want. but the ceramic can also help keep the heat in the header, which is good for flow.

Stainless still will get ugly and dirty quicker too. Buy stainless steel only if your planning on showing only but for everyday drive use ceramic. Ceramic can hold heat better which means better power and cost a lot cheaper than stainless steel.

2 piece header is much easier for you to install yourself but can leak. So i'll go with 1 piece header. Less part means less trouble.

didn't we say that 2 piece headers gave out more power than 1 piece? or was that just my imagination? Yea, ceramic over stainless if u drive daily.

1 will theoretically give more power than 2 piece because of less wieght, so not more power just less wieght, and zero chance of leaks

Uh, you're talking about a weight difference of like 12 ounces... not going to affect your performance.
