yeah, but 12 ounces, 30 times, makes a difference. try to go light wherever you can. but thats not really an issue. the biggest thing is, if its a quality header, the two piece should seal fine, if your not really proficient with your hands, the one-piece may be a bit much for you to install. but its not really that big a difference. the first set i ever replaced was a one-piece, so it can be done.

hehe..its like thet same tihng as those sweet sweet kids that think having subs and such in your trunk doesnt matter..i had a fight with a kid last summer ,he said weight doesnt matter. it was fun

my car is still down to 2265 with everything i have done, including the sub and box, and motor swap, and brake swap....
