i got a 96 civic HB and i want to change the exaust on it but i dont know witch one to get a whole assembly or a fart witch is better and what brand

you cant get much with that
get a local exhaust shop to weld on a magnaflow muffler the oval style (looks stock almost)
thats your best bet
it will be in the price range and quit in the lower rpms and deep toned in the higher rpms

Why do you want to change the exhaust? Chances are if you go and get some exhaust welded on or some $100-200 exhaust its going to sound terrible and you will either hate it or everyone around you will hate it. Save up and buy something nice for you car

Nice muffler + stock piping = bad sound
crap muffler + stock piping = BAD sound

Do yourself a favor and save your money until you can get custom piping bent, along with a quality muffler (NOT a fart can)
