i got a magnaflow cat back exhaust for 360 off of nopi. I opened the box today and it was really dirty..3 of the pieces were not wrapped while 2 other were

the 3 pieces were greasy had scratches and i guess looked USED, also the metal looked burned at some parts (or i guess from being heated)

wtf? did i get ripped or is that how they come, i remember reading that they come nice and clean and sexy looking. Im pretty pissed at the current state that it is in but if its normal its cool

 

im no expert but sounds like you got ripped to me, i would be on the phone with NOPI and asking for a new set or a box to send these back in.

 

if its used and i install how would this effect my exhaust

well being the impatient **** that i am, i really dont wana go through returning it and possibly getting a worse if not ANY cat back, back to me.

its still in good shape i would say and im gona get it installed tommorow. I know it would take 2 weeks + to go through this whole process..because it took me almost 2 weeks just to get my exhaust in the first place

 

I had the same problem with a strut bar... what i did was take a picture and emailed the guy who sold it to me with the bar code and everything... they told me to keep the wrong strut bar and they would send me the right one.If i were you i would settle on a used exhaust especially when you paid over 300 bucks for it

 

Call and tell them about it. You will probably either get to replace it with a new one or get some of your money back.

 

dude, get the right NEW exhaust. dont settle for that. just wait it out an you will be much happier. i mean you got it from nopi so they should cooperate.

That happend to one of my customers on a drop ship. They sent them a used intake, man was I pissed to see it.Made me look bad when they sent the part. The good thing is he got a new intake for free + overnight shipping and all lol.

 

do you think if i fight it then they will give me a discount and refund some money

the problem is how will they believe me lol

it doesnt look so bad as to returning it and gettng a new one but i mean i would be much happier with a clean one.. im gona settle because my patience ALWAYS gets the best of me. thnx for the replies
