Unfortunately, when Honda designed the 'Z6, they didnt' leave much on the table performance-wise. That means that bolt-ons (with the exception of forced induction) won't gain much power. Also, you must remember that nobody can tell you want kind of gain you will get; we can only give you accepted estimates of power gains; after all, each individual engine is different due to wear and tear. I'd say you should probably expect to gain around 5hp or so, but not much more. A full cat-back exhaust will net you an additional 5hp or so, andyour intake has probably already given you a few ponies (probably 3 or 4hp).
Also, 1320 times are really driver-dependant. All I can say is how much weight did you drop? The general racer's rule of thumb is that your 1/4 mile time will drop by 1/10 of a second for every 100lbs you lose. Also, the big thing is, do you have a 5-speed or auto transmission? Automatics are a lot slower than standards (a second or more on a 1320 run).

RE: ???horsepower???
you are looking at max of 15 hp gain from header which is considerable for a 4 cylinder, a deeper sound and with that weight gone that is like driving without your fat friend in the car feeling the difference. common we all have had that big *** friend in the car and then you feel totally sluggish and whimpy. the moment he is out you feel a huge performance advantage
