I think I would get this and throw a k & n air filter on it. what do you guys think?

well it was the cheapest name brand short ram intake i could find on ebay. that's why i don't care if it's not real carbon fiber

Get any tube you want, just get a good filter. K&N or AEM. I suggest the Dryflow simply because it's less maintainance.
