well, the car's 10 years old, so you have to account for the wear and tear...
there's really no good way to tell except you getting a dyno, which btw, i wouldn't recommend, since it's only a few bolt ons. i'd guess anywhere from 90-120 (i know this is a large range mind you)

with my car's make, d17a1 A/T (114HP), i've seen a dyno of 102HP (stock). Add in the wear and tear of 10 years, I think you'll find yourself in the 9X's HP range. Adding IHE on mine, will probably do 5-10HP. So maybe it'll be back at the 102ish...

Not to mention that the 127hp figure is power produced at the crank. You usually lose a good deal of power in the drivetrain. 100-110hp would be a good guess for an older engine with just basic bolt-ons.
