i actually bought them brand new but since i am new to the forum you wouldnt see them still in the box...and the rims are different if you guys were to live in philadelphia and see how many red civic there are with black rims..i had black rims on my car 17's and everytime i would go by and see a car looking similar to mine i would go crazy...so i wanted my car to stand out
