Idle Control Solenoid/ Skunk 2 manifold ??
Last weekend I gave my 99 EX quite a push by installed the Skunk 2 Manifold & TB, Hedman Header, lightweight flywheel, full MSD ignition system, stage 2 clutch, and a cheapo ebay cold air intake.
Car responds awesome, but alas, check engine light, and the car's idle "coughs" after about 15 minutes when its warm.
I threw the Idle Conrol Solenoid code when I scanned...I guess my question is does this solenoid need to be changed out when upgrading manifolds? Or should I be looking at something else?

not all the time, just pop it off of there and look at the screen, it should have carbon black stuff built up onto it. Just clean it off and out if you can with like some carb cleaner or something like that and the code should go away...
9 times out of 10 they are just clogged to much
