Default Ingen CAI for 7th gen?

ok i was lookin around ImportPerformanceParts.net and they are showin that Ingen makes a CAI for the 7th gen civics. Part #SP1567. http://store.racinglab.com/01honcivdxlx.html Does anyone know if this is a true CAI or just another 7th gen SRI?

Ingen makes a true cai if you look at my photos you will see it in my wheel well. I highly recommend it . The best thing about it is it is a 2 piece system so if it rains alot you can take the bottom half off and make it a short ram. Very high quality intake.

Yea I was going to say the picture they supply is sometimes different from what you get. Ill see if I can add an under the hood shot in a few. give me a bit.

Thanks for the pix! The tube looks a little small though!? I may just have to make my own so that i can take advantage of the venturi effect!

Unfortunatley thats what she said! hahahaha! .........Well your only going to get so much from just an intake on our cars anyways I dont care how big the tube is but if you can make your own go for it. I have a fujita filter that has the open end kind of like a bell shape that supposedly increases the swirling effect.

no way. thats probably a 3 inch intake isnt it?

I use the 2.75 filter size , I think if it were 3 inches it would rub on the bottom. Its already a tight squeeze as it is. but I have no complaints when the air is cool outside it really goes off.
