I'm into the same problem now:-D I guess I'll just follow, but I have an annoying exhaust-hitting-on-heat-shield noise...I'll have to cure that too

Thanks godfather, I had a blast doing the install.
I ripped out all my heat shields when I did the install, no more rattle!

how long did it take u? Did u just bolt it on
Um, no. It was SUPPOSED to be a bolt on, but nothing worthwhile is never that easy. You're supposed to be able to just unbolt the pipe from the catalytic...easier said than done. With rusty *** spring compressed bolts holding it on, it was impossible to disconnect the pipe from under the car. So, we took out the O2 sensor, and removed the entire cat while still attached to the pipe. Then, as you can see from that one pic, we had to grind off, and hammer out the old bolts. Once that was done, it was a breeze. Hooked the cat to the pipe before we put it under the car, then just slid it into place, attached the back piece (muffler and pipe that goes over axle) and we were golden.. If it werent for those bastard cat bolts it would have been really quick and easy. It probably took us a total of 4 hours... but that includes a lot of sitting around drinking beer saying "man... this is gonna sound awesome..."

I wish I have thought of that before I put the catback in...I'm thinking may-be I should take it off, wrap it in header-wrap and take off the pesky heatshields...and align the damned cat-converter properly...

Found a place to host videos. Its quite brief, but you'll get a decent idea of how it sounds. I'm going to get another one at a location with lots of buildings so the sound will echo, its sounds insane down there. So anyway, this will tide ya over for now..
