Default Installing Muffler

I was grocery shopping today and after I finished I was outside loading groceries in my civic. A guy that had pulled up with a 7th generation civic came up to me (he saw my green and black interior, probably figured I was a fellow ricer, lol) and said he was selling a Greddy Evo II Muffler (It think it was the one on his car). I asked him how much and he thought about it and then said $100. It sound like a pretty good deal to me.

My question is, since this is just a muffler and not a exhaust system, how hard to install would it be? Would it require welding? If so how much would it cost to install.

What do you think of this as far as a good deal and everything?

If it's a true Greddy, I'd say go for it... they're pretty nice exhausts, and even if the muffler wasn't from an Evo II system, $100 isn't a terrible price for a muffler.
