is there a minium length and angle that the inlet manifold has to be?

also has anyone got any information on DIY?

has anyone seen the obex ITBS also do they need any extra work such as fueling and tuning of the ecu

yes, if you install ITB's you WILL need to tune the car.

also, adding ITB's makes it harder to tune a car. The gains can be significant on a built motor, however.
