hey i just got my first and free civic as a gift and its fully stocked and not sure what i should put into it. Its a civic si 2006 6speed coupe. So any suggestions like a CAI and a new exhaust?

im planning on spending around 2g and i dont plan on putting in a turbo for a while cuz i still have payments on my accord parts

yeah might as well go turbo if u have 2grand to spend on it. oR do like most peopel do and get an Better headers probably a mugan one, than get aintake system like an AEM or K&N intake and get an full catback exhuast . but i would go turbo or better yet payoff ur accord paynments 1st than if there any money left over u want save up for a turbo or just buy the headers/intake/exhaust one at a time

 

Screw turbo. I'd just deck out the suspension, and at most do some basic bolt ons, cams,get a kpro tune and enjoy that fact that you've got a nice reliable quick daily driver

 

no turbo unless you plan on voiding in your drivetrain warranty in a hurry. and if you're engine blows up, that'll suck even worse.

 

x2. it's definitely not a good idea to think turbo when you know next to nothing about cars. work on exterior first. everybody can get that right... minus the ricers... lol
