theres really no point in having a dual exhuast unless you have twin turbo, and currently theres no mass produced twin turbo kit for the civic. sorry..i know thats not what you wanted to hear. but if you have one turbo or an NA moter then theres no point in having two pipes. it creates turbulence in your exhuast and adds weight.

ahh damn thats right, and granted less it was v-6 no turbos avail, dual exhaust just looks soo damned cool, but not worth sacrificing performance

that would definately be something worth checking out, i was under the impression that each turbo required its on exhaust port (headers) to function, but theoretically i guess each could run off 2 cylinders and split the difference... id definately like to hear more about this and the power difference it will create

They have split piping kits for civics. I don't know where to look for them but a guy I went to school with had one for his 6th gen. True dual exhausts though for civic aren't happening though.

yeah thats what i was talking about in my initial response. they dont do anything but add weight and create turbulance in your exhuast

i may just be crapping out of my mouth, but i too am in a simular situation, i want to put strait pipes on my civic, couldent you just split the headers, idk if anyone makes a header for 2 cylinders but if you got 2 of em, you could "rig" them on and split the Exhaust.
