Default Loud, loud, loud!!!

Ok,
So I got a civic. Whoopy!
Fully modded. But the dam thing is so loud.
At first I though it was the exhaust/muffler but when I walked to the back of the car it was fine. When I opened the hood it sounded like a dam motor boat.
What do you guys think could be the problem?
Thanks.

define loud. whats it sound like? i mean you could have a leak around the manifold, or cat
area. whats "fully modded" mean, whats done to the engine?

Seeing that I just got the car night before last I haven't had a chance to check it thoroughly.
But It has a full turbo set up, manifold, etc.
When I say loud....not the aggresive hum like vroom that we like, it's more like a BLLAAAAAHHHH.
I hope that helps somewhat.
I am hoping to get some pics up today or tomorrow so you can see exactly what is what with the engine.

NOOOOOOOO....I got the car as a trade.
The car that I had, had some issues. It was off the road for a few months.
This guy was selling his civic. I told him I had a lexus sc300/Toyota Soarer but it needed work done to it and if he would be willing to trade. He said ok.
I took the civic for a test drive. She's just extra loud. That's my only gripe with it. There's some other things that needs to be checked.
I mean....really, I'm not at a lost. I've always wanted a 95 civic hatch, stick shift and now I have it. The pictures will soon be up.

I mean my Soarer was a Stock Twin Turbo. It just had so much darn expensive issues. Just to change my waterpump and fan was $500.00.
And after that was done she started having sputtering issues. Also, the suspension was finished, the starter was on it's way to the finish, the front sway bar need changing, the 6 coilpacks need to be replaced, and the transmission solenoids are on there way out. So....do the math.

At least with the civic....I'm on the road.

Could be an exhaust leak somewhere, could just be idling too high due to a vacuum leak, FITV, or IACV problems. More information on your setup and such to really help much.

Maybe make a video and youtube-ing it? That may help as well.
Does it have upgraded pistons/rods? I have heard that a lot of stock bore vitara's slap, and kinda sound like a deisel. Just throwing that out there, since you said the car is "fully modded".

there's the source of the noise.

a very agressive cam or cams will make the car sound loud
