Default megan 4-2-1 headers?

i was thinking about purchasing some megan 421 headers. i was wondering if these would be the best bang for my buck headers on a b16a swapped civic coupe. i am willing to spend more than the megan's cost but i have read good things with them. im looking for a great looking set of headers that also function well at a decent price? any suggestions.

First of all, it's a header. There's only one.

Megan Racing headers are as good as DC Sports but a lot cheaper. However, Toda headers are even better than that. Runs a pretty penny though...

Tube design... more optimal, for better gains. It's all about research and the amount of research put into a product. This is why Bisimoto can make a header that gains ~12 WHP on a stock D-series engine... he does tons of research and testing to make a header with runners that have the best design possible to allow for maximum gains.

DC Sports and Megan Racing kind of basically just throw some bigger piping than stock on their header and do a little bit of research and testing to make an acceptable, mediocre header. They work, but the gains aren't as good as possible. The companies like Toda, Hytech, and Bisimoto spend way more time designing and making their headers, resulting in a truly superior product.

Think of it like a class project back in high school. The kid who throws it together quickly usually gets a passing grade but not that great and their project doesn't get any recognition. But the kids in class who always spent tons of time working on it always get a really good grade and everyone kinda goes "wow, I wish mine was that good" when they see it.

Yea, they do. That's their main header application I am pretty sure. They don't even make D-series ones, I was just using the Bisi header as an example for my point.

ebay < megan racing, DC Sports < Toda, Hytech < Bisimoto

that's all i can think of off the top of my head
