Default Need to know what this is

While installing an intake we had a hose break off. Must have been cracked or dry rotten or something because we didnt pull hard at all. But what I need to know is what this hose/part is called so I can either order or go out and buy one. It's a hose where another hose is split off to the intake, but that little black plastic piece is now broken. Here is a few pics, hope it helps.

Sorry about that, I only took three pics. I left this one alone and didnt resize it. Maybe this will be alittle better.
My car is a 99 EX. If this picture still not better i'll have to take more later.

Ok, I dug around and seen there's been a couple of issuses with extra hoses with aftermarket intakes. But I havent actually seen what that hose is called. Someone help...I dont believe I should be driving with 2 of the 3 hoses connected.

can you circle the broken part in the picture? I'm not sure which piece you're talking about.

Yeah but I had three from my factory intake. My aftermarket only had two. I read some where on here that the 99ex's has three and other models only had two. So I might have bought the wrong intake eventhough it said 96-00 civics. I'll get more pictures of what i'm talking about. I'm pretty sure i'm gonna have to buy that piece that broken and end up buying a new intake.

Ok, so I cant get paint to work, it takes all the color out. But I did write "this hose" right on top of that hose i'm talking about.
Right below where i wrote you see the clamp and then right below that, that's the piece that broke. You can only see the plastic piece. That is where a little nozzel was that broke off. Then from there was another hose going straight into the intake.

I just took another picture. This is where the hose connects to...right in front of the fuel injecters. Then it runs down to where it broke.
