I need help. Does anyone know of a good and hp effective exhaust system. Also, I want a good lower tone, I f'n hate fart cans, weed eaters....whatever you call 'em.

what i would sugest is go to YOUTUBE type in your motor or model and search for some exaust videos.
i got a twinloop muffler on my EG and it sounds alot better than the old fart can that was on mine when i got it. but i would still like a deeper sound so im gonna eventualy replace the stock resonator with a longer magnaflow and buy a new cat converter for it. hopefully it will help...

I'm impressed with the Magnaflow muffler i have, but i used a cherry bomb muffler to get rid of the raspiness that my exhaust had. I was running a header, no catalytic converter and 2.25" piping with the magnaflow muffler. It was loud and got raspy at low rpm under load. after that it was loud but a good tone (too loud to enjoy it though) and at idle it was deep and mean (for a civic anyway)

 

I agree - Loooooooow tone that is always cool to hear when you blip the throttle.

 

thanks, my cousin has an integra with a weapon-r exhaust and it sounds pretty good. I'm gonna check out the magna flow though because thats the response I keep getting.

 

i think magnaflow has a really good tone. My exhaust is loud but it has a really good deep sound. I get compliments on it a lot.
