if i have a 99 civic coupe, and i have the V2, but i want to swap my motor, would my intake still fit?

it depends what engine you swap. usually an intakes for one engine doesn't work for another engine.

Yeah if you are swapping the H like you said previously, then i am certain you will need a new intake. you shouldn't have too hard of a time selling the V2 you have now though.
