Pulled over twice for it so far. I live in West Chester, PA. I owned a 93 Civic with a axle back exhaust, very loud. I got pulled over while in town (near the college). $106.00 fine since the cop said he could hear me over 50 ft away. I then owned a 98 Civic with a Megan racing cat back exhaust, different cop in town pulled me over for the noise. I showed him that I had my silencer in the trunk and I put it on. He then wrote me a $106.00 ticket for my tint. I just don't understand how I can get pulled over for my noise, but one of those stupid motorcycles, like "choppers" or whatever can shake f-ing buildings with noise, and do not get into trouble regarding noise ordinances. (No offense to anybody who likes those bikes, they are just not for me at all). Lol. So I am rocking a completley stock exhaust (except the header) at this time on my 99 Civic. I can't afford another $106.00 fine.
