I have a 07 Civic dx...Do you think I will see a difference if I put on a Cold Air Intake?? I Had a douche bag with a WRX tell me otherwise...I say...**** HIM!!! LMFAOOOOOOOOOOO.... GET AT ME!!!

 

in all honesty, you really won't see a difference with an intake. You could remove the intake altogether and run open-throttle body (which I've done once or twice) and you won't notice much of a difference. Will you gain power? Yes. Will that power be noticable? Nope. Really, there's only one or two N/A mods you can do that you'll gain enough power to actually feel it (and it not be a placebo)

 

you'd have to do CAI, catback and possibly header, to actually feel the differnence. the CAI will add something small, but like reaper said, you really wont feel n e thing. it will sound good though. the CAI sounds pretty aggressive when my Vtec kicks in.

 

The only difference I noticed was sound as well. And due to the sound it kind of makes the acceleration seem a little better. But it as improved my mpg a little...which is good when gas is so high.
