I am looking to add a little (I know it won't be much) power to my 06 Civic DX. I can only find no-brand headers for it, though. Any suggestions as to where to look? Or would the no-brand one be okay? I am a little wary...
Also, how much sound will it add? I don't want it to be really loud. I have stock exhaust and everything else, and this will be my only upgrade aside from a SRI (haven't gotten it yet).

You wont pass emissions with that header. Your car isnt really worth modding engine wise, sorry to tell you that but dont waste your money on a header or intake.
