Summit Racing (excellent shipping... I usually get all the parts I order from Summit within 2 days!)
Jegs (Great shipping also, but it's probably only due to the fact that they have a warehouse in Ohio and I live in PA)
Inline Four (Haven't dealt with them, but I've heard good things)
