Allright, Well when I was leaving to go to work last night my car sounded alot louder than normal. Like, normally it has a nice smooth deep tone. But for some reason it has been raspy. But only when it's like idling or taking off from a stop sign or stop light. Also, it seems that my exhaust seems like it shakes around alot when the car is just sitting there. I dunno what it could be. Any thoughts? Thanks guys.

 

Check your header connecting to the exhaust. If not, I guarantee your muffler is rotting off.

 

Yeah, The header connection seemed ok, I'll take a thorough look at it tomorrow. I had meineke do my muffler, and I think they have a year warranty on it, as I have th receipt still.

 

check all the bolts and connections and make sure u dont have any leaks

 

Finally got a chance to look at it today, there is alittle hole where the resonator meets the exhaust piping. So I'm going to have that repaired tomorrow.
