Default Stop the rattle!!!

Well, I installed a 2.25" catback exhaust pipe with my magnaflow exhaust and I haven't been able to get rid of the rattle! I took some universal hangers and dropped the back hangers, which stopped the rattle during idle and driving for the most part. Now the only time it rattles is during a right hand turn and/or acceleration from a stop.. The rattle is from the pipe hitting my front sway bar.. so a buddy suggested to wrap that part of the sway bar in a high-heat rated insulation.. is there nothing else I can do??

Try the wrap first, and if that doesn't work go to a shop and see if they have any brilliant ideas on hot to make your exhaust ride slightly higher (different hangers?).

+1

The wrap is a good idea, more hangers maybe? Maybe pull your exhaust away from the sway bar and weld a hangar on with it pulled a little farther away.
