it helps with hp and tq. it also increases the size of your intake to your runners so the upper hp pulls harder

is it still worth getting it even when you have an aftermarket intake on it?

In my opinion, it's not worth it. On a B18 that I saw dyno numbers from, a throttle body spacer, intake manifold spacer and IAT spacer only netted 5 whp and 3.4 lb/ft. I doubt just a throttle body spacer would net more than 1 whp. To me, there are much better things to spend money on.

hey you guys have no clue! a throttle body spacer is like a 1/2" to 1'" peice of metal that bolts between your throttle body and the intake manifold. all it does is give you a little more space in the intake manifold. yes it helps give horse power and tourqe. its cheap and not that hard to install and it will work with a stock manifold and most aftermarket and if you are running turbo don't realy know if you can use it or not im not that far into my ride.

This sound good. Add hp, better mpg and it doesn't cost that much. About how much hp will it add?? 1hp??? .50hp???

Does anyone know how to install it??
