What kind of Headers are these?

What kind of Headers are these?
Does anyone know what kind of headers these are? They came off of a 2000 ex, but I don't belive their the original ones.

It seems like the header was installed and weldedinto the down pipe. That is not an OEM exhaust manifold. Well the down pipe seems original. It's just the top part who looks right away that it has been changed somehow
