hey guys my Apexi WS2 came in today...just wanted to get any feedback about installation from you guys if you've done it yourself already. I know the potential problems about running into seized bolts and stuff but any advice with the whole install? how long did it end up taking you? etc... thanks.

 

i installed a catback on my friends civic and here was the labor breakdown:
5 hours on bolts.
2 hours taking breaks
20-30 min installing.

 

ahhh man i totally recommend the WS2 to anyone!!! just finished the installation tonight with my buddy and it is the sickest sound ever! highly recommend installing it yourself as well, great times...took about 3 hours total for the install...huge problem with 1 bolt holding the cat converter to the resonator which was a beeyatch to get off...other than that the install went smooth and i'm soo glad i spent the money and bought the WS2...great sounding exhuast! i gotta find my usb to my camera so i can upload a video and then i can show you guys...ws2 ftw!

Sick, Ive been trying to decide on a cat back for the last month. Ive heard good things about the WS2 and Ive been thinking about that or a GReddy.

 

dude that was exactly the same 2 brands i was debating over...the Evo2 or the WS2...I went with the WS2 because it was quite a bit cheaper but i know i would have been impressed with the Evo2...if i had more money to go towards my exhaust i would have probably went with the GReddy but I am very very impressed with the Apexi and have no complaints at all with it!

Man, you've got a SI badge on your car...that's cheatin man. Haha anyway, the exhaust looks good and I'm sure it sounds sexy as hell too.

 

haha it's an SI badge cuz i'm from Canada! our SI is the USA EX it sucks...our equilvalent to the SI in the states is the SIR up here...i don't understand why they did that...to be different i guess...whatevs
