Default '07 Civic Si Turn Signal Bulbs

I'm trying to find out what size rear turn signal bulbs I need to get for my '07 Civic Si Sedan. I called the dealership and they said I need 7443's but when i look online, i'm reading some forums that say i need 7440's.

Dealership says 7443's are for turn signals and 7440's are tail lights and breaks.

However, i was reading that the 7440's canalso be usedto make it where your turn signals are not lit up unless you are actually turning (they are not on when your lights are on) but obviously if I'm buying these for only my tail lights and not my headlights, the turn signals will automatically be off, right?

Which ones do i need? please help!

Also, what is the main difference between getting regular turn signal bulbs vs. LEDs?
