I've got a 95 DX (EJ2) coupe. I wanted to add a 12v outlet for my cell phone charger adapter. It didn't take too much work at all. I have a armrest from another model, not sure which model, but it had these two rectangular pieces that are for a power window switch I think. Anyway.. I got a marine quality 12 volt outlet. Here's a picture of it. I bought it off eBay, but it's the same thing. It's black and made of a tough but flexible plastic. The main reason I chose this one was the color and shape. It was a perfect fit. On the back sideI fabbed a rectangle piece of aluminum for the bolts to anchor to for some strength. I wired it up to the factory cig lighter wiring and ran it under the console. Now I have to go vacuum the car. Nothing like taking a close up pic to show junk on carpet.
