I'm rocking 16 inch Enkei RSF-2's, perfect size, ideal balance of looks and performance.

These are the rims I am going to pick up next week
http://www.wheelmax.com/product.asp?ProdID=10181

They will look nicely paired with a set of Toyo Proxes tires and some locking lugs. I am kind of out of the chrome phase but I still like a classic 5 spoke with a pretty open look to show off those calipers. Wheelmax seems to have a pretty decent deal, you get the rims and tires together, they ship them free. This set will run about 900 after taxes, give or take a few.

I also like:

I have had friends who have ordered from DTD, they seem to be a pretty decent company, and they ship free with sets also. Those rims are pretty simple, and also available in chrome if thats your thing.

http://www.thewheelconnection.com/is a decent site also, gives you a huge showroom to look at, and I think alot of local tire/wheel dealers order through them as well. The pages take a while to load though, be careful.

don't be dumb like me and run a 40 series (not really my choice, they were on the wheels when I bought 'em)
what would you run instead of 40's man?
