17's
I got a 94 civic coupe. It's riding on a set of 17" Volk Te-37's right now, but it sits at stock height. I wanna drop a fw inches, but even now the tires rub when I corner hard. I need to know what size tire would be good for a 1-2" drop and not rub. Now I'm riding on 215/40 R17's.
I'm suprised your rubbing on 17's with stock sus in the first place[sm=smiley24.gif]
Coupe even more so!
Are your wheels the correct offset?
I'd say go for a 205/45 tyre, and if the rubbing is very bad maybe even a 35 profile tyre.
Ride comfort will be haggard if your on springs though.

I'm not sure what the offset is b/c I bought them used.

It only rubs when I corner hard though. I had 215/45's on there, and I went to a 40 series in the front, and that helped a little but not like a thought it would. I was wondering if maybe the tires themself are too wide. I was thinkin maybe a 205/40...
