my 2000 honda ex has aftermarket headlights and were adjustable, but something inside must be broke. the pass. side points at the ground while the drivers side points toward the sky, id like to get a good brand to replace this set but i'm have no idea who has good products and who's junk, and i'd like to convert it to hids any help is greatly appreciated

 

Have you attempted to aim the headlights? Do you know if halogen or HID bulbs are installed?
