Anyone have a picture of how this looks? I'm thinking about removing mine. That or I'll just paint over them depending on what I think looks better. Thanks!

 

I'm pretty sure there are holes in the doors, fender and quarter panel where the moldings attach to. Would probably look bad taking them off, at least IMO.

 

I think he is talking about the things which run up the edge of the door to prevent damage if something is hit, not the side moldings.

Alright, so after much welding, grinding and body filler, I've finished a large majority of the body work and here are the results.

 

You know, some people like this, others don't.

I..... I don't, BUT.

I do appreciate the amount of hard work that went into it.

The paint looks like it did come out nice, but the shaved molding is just not my cup of tea.
