Default Advice on Rim look

These rims are all 15's. Im looking for something light and not to flashy. If I do get em I plan on swapping tires from my stock rims."The tires are spanking new" Ill prob get some lowering springs and drop em about 1.5
What you guys think about these:

have you looked into some rota slips? those are some good rims for the price, but with what you have selected i like the 4th ones the best

I think im leaning toward # 4. One quick question my tires now are Falken Ziex ZE-512 - 185/65HR15 Brand new... the recomended tire for these rims are 195/60HR15 . The rims are 15x7. Does this mean I would have too buy a whole new set of tires or will i be able to just swap em out for the set I have now?
