Default Aftermarket Side Skirts Too Low for a Lip Kit?

If i got a lip kit for my car, would the stock side skirst look alright? If i wanted to get side skirts, would they be too low for the lip kit? I've seen pics of the stock side skirts and they look alright with the lip kit, but i like the look of some aftermarket side skirts, but dont know if they would look bad becasue of how low they would sit.

Sounds like you've made up your mind already. From what you've stated is seems you like aftermarket skirts. They don't look bad if you can find some that really fit your taste. I have a 95 coupe that I just took off the aftermarket skirts (Type Zero) and put on stock EK coupe rocker mouldings. Some may like it better with the aftermarkets, but I like it better with the stockers, it all depends on YOUR tastes. Here are some lip kits with stock skirts, if you don't like these then get aftermarkets... Good luck.

If the lip kit is what you like most I'd say go for it. Don't get a lip kit because other people think it looks better. If you like body kits then go for that. I've seen some body kits out there that look really good, but IMHO a lip kit is timeless and overall the more tasteful route to go. You've seen what the potential is with a lip kit. You just have to weigh your options based on your own preference. [sm=smiley20.gif]

Sorry about the big pictures

It's ABS Plastc/Polyurethane, so idk, i can see how generic fiberglass body kits can be a hassle, but how wrong can you go with a flexible plastic part you bolt onto your car?

How much $$ do you think i can ask for my front and rear bumper if i do decide to sell them? They are in perfect condition and the holes will be drilled already, and they are painted black.

thos skirts will be to low for the lip kit, but since you already have them...just buy the lip kit and put it on and see how it looks. If its to low then just take em off.

I would say you probably could get $500 or so for the kit depending on the fit/condition, but start high and work your way down, should not be to hard to get rid of
