I love white valve covers, but I can't imagine how hard they are to keep clean... So I'd say go black with white letters

i agree with the black cover and the white letters, really easy to keep clean.

Yeah, +1 for white getting way too dirty. I think it'd be cool if you did a combo secondary color of painting your calipers and valve cover the same color, maybe a deep blue? Meh.
