RE: Anybody debadged your car?
i've heard Goo Gone can take a layer of the clear coat off and i beleive it, when i used it it looked like sh*t for a while. I know it makes it a hell of a lot easier, but if theres anyway you can do it without it i'd recommedn it.

i used gasoline to take the LX off .. will take the civic off too but havent gotten the nerves yet. I didn't want the exactly naked look, but the civic being on the left sure is an eye sore. but i am keeping my red H... sooo JDM. i might even buy an EM2 emblem and stick it on UNDER my license plate for that balanced look. thats i want. a balanced look...

Ive been considering it for a while, but I think you just sold me windcalmer. I might do that tomorrow. I read in a magazine diy section for debadging that you should use a heat gun or hair blowdrier thing to heatit up and then use a bit of floss to justslice through the glue like a hot knife through butter, then a bit of elbow grease and somecut and polish action should clean up theleft over. But Im lazy as so Im thinking petrol will do.It should suit my new JDM black taillights

I did most of mine. Then did the H black. I like the way it looks.

Man im seriously considering it. And about the Goo-off thing, I used that to take off the I-Vtec stickers off the bottom skirt of my car. Looks a lot cleaner, my dad did one side and ocmpletely f*ck*d it up, I did one side and got all the sticker non-sense off the first time, only had a little line from the top of the sticker and got that right off. Im scared to take the civic and SI off and end up having a big mess go down....[&:]. I need an easy way to do it without messing it up, im clumbsy
