well MOST people are illegal tint if ya go by the law in the books! which is like 36% here in indiana last time i heard.LOL
tho im runnen 20% on back window and front side windows and only 5% on the side rear windows..... tho EVENTUALY id like to get the front windshield tinted VERY VERY LIGHTLY!

legal 5% here

 

i went 35% tint on top of factory tint which now reads 28% so im slightly illegal, here in ct the legal limit is 35%,but in rhode island 5 miles away from me, the legal limit is 70% i believe, but i havent been hassled.I talked to cop who came through drivethrough at dunkin donuts where i work. He said 90% of state troopers dont even carry the light thing used to test it. He said my tints were fine since you can see into the car.

 

i have 5% on my backs (legal limit) and %35 on front driver and passenger (illegal)

 

I have 5% there not legal but due too my type of work I have a bit more leeway when it comes to things like that.

 

Not on the dd(civic), but do on my garage queen. By the way, the windshield is also tintedand thedrivers window was down in this pic......
