anything is possible, you would just need to find seats out of a car that comes with heated seats, buy them $$$$$..fabricate some sliders if theres none you can buy so they fit in the civic and hook them up and bam..heated seats
if you want to go the cheap route, there are heated seat covers you can buy

I'm not sure if you can use them with cloth but I know for sure you can use them on leather.........
And on the "cheap" route you could always get the vibrating with heat seat things from walmart that you lay on a couch or office chair, they're usually 40 bucks.

Yeah, not too sure if cloth would heat up all around, maybe just in the spots where the heating element was... you'd better get leather and it'll get pricey... usually 600 for just the back row to re upholster
They dont have seat warmers in a civic, do they? The civic is the only car I have that doesnt have leather but the cloth heats up fast naturally by your buns... Leather or even pleather (god help us), needs the warmers because it holds in the cold. The cheaper solution would be to just buy a car starter and before you get out of your car at night turn your heater up and then in the morning turn the car on like 10 minutes before you leave... that starter is only something like 150 to 200 bucks.
