Default Back Window Modification

Does anyone know how I can modify my back windows so they aren't child safe and roll down all the way? I don't have children, and if I did, I would watch them well enough to keep them from jumping out the window. My passengers like to rest their arms on the doors, but every car for the last 20 years prohibits this. Please help!

I have a 2000 Honda Civic LX 4-door

I'm only guessing here...... but I'd say you would have to take apart the door and get at the window tracks to either cut off a "stop" or unbolt a "stop" that keeps the window childproof.

im not sure on civics, but a lot of 4 door cars cant roll the windows down all the way because it hits the fenderwell in the door. if thats not it, then you can probably fix it somehow. sorry im not much help.
