What are the best bulbs that fit the stock headlights on a '99 EX sedan? The low beams with the stock bulbs SUCK![:'(]

 

I think my lights are street glow and they same to do pretty good.

 

i got Sylvania Super whites...it was a very big difference between them and the OEM ones for me...

 

DingR you think the Sylvania Super Whites are the best bulbs for light out-put, cool thanks. Cutt what are you talking about ? Street glow is the same as what? Or did you mean SEEM? Seem to do pretty well as compared to what, stock bulbs?[:'(]

 

I have Sylvania Silverstar and they perform better than OEM bulbs. It also lights up a little more darkness than xenon bulbs because I had a APC xenon on one side and a Silverstar on the other. Silverstar has better performance. You could also try PIAA, but those are more pricey

 

Im also rocking silverstars in my car. Alot brighter that stock

 

Sweet so Silver Stars it is, can I get them at Wal-Mart? How much do they run?

 

I got mine at Pep Boys for about 40 bucks.

 

I bought mine at walmart, i dont remember how much i bought them for, something like 40 i think. Just make sure you have gloves on when you put them in and that driver side is a pain to work on. I didnt have any gloves so i had to be super careful when putting the new bulbs in and that driver side cut the hell out of my hand.

 

yeah definitely go with silverstars, they are bright, and last a lot longer than the cheap apc superwhites.
