black headlights or tint the oem's?

what do you guys think would look better on my civic trying to decide weather to tint the lights or just buy black ones off ebay

black housing ones, the tint i think looks bad IMO

This is just me but... I like to see at night. Why would you risk tinting your headlights?

I got my OEM's tinted for only $25 and it does not affect the light output at all...plus it looks alot cleaner than those black-out kits...

That does look real nice, but does it affect the lighting of the car at night?
