I can tell you I have LEDs on the underside and inside of my car and they work great I get mine from this website http://www.ledunderbody.com

If you get these make sure you tuck them in or they will show like mine did its not that hard to do

You can also go with the paper thin ones that stick to the bottom of your car, which are more expensive, but do it right or they can peel off

 

underglow= greater chance of ur car getting stolen/broken into plus red is a no no if you do it get ones that can change color

 

Matte black looks dull...I'm not to fond of that..lol
I dont really see my car getting stolen...I live in the country not too much criminals around

Go buy a can of nightshade and black out your tails, that way you don't have to spend money on new tails and black tails are usually nasty carbon fibre fakes with just 2 red dots or some other ugly designs. Besides, tinted tails are just plain awesome. Anyways, when you go out with your car and stand up against it with your underglow on, it won't get you much respect or whatever from other people. But if it is what you like go for it, I'm putting red neons INSIDE my car to light up the floor, 2 under dash 2 in back seat area. Wiring em up to pulse to the music, gonna be saweet.
