Default body kit = car too low?

With a body kit, wouldn't it be to near the ground and could be damaged on bumps and stuff like that?

Is your car lowered?
What suspension are you running? Stock? Coilovers?

Yea it is going to be lower, when I had my kit installed it would scrape a lot but it never really damaged it, just made an annoying noise.

+1. I got rid of my fiberglass kit though, that thing was fragile as hell and i wasn't even dropped at all at the time. If you lower your car, either get a nice ABS or polyurethane body kit or a lip kit, the fiberglass kits from eBay or somethin would shatter in a few weeks.

kits usually make the car somewhere around 2" or so... I'll put it like this.. I have less ground clearance with my car lowered with my stock body than I did back when I was at stock height with a kit.
