Those two little bars looks like they are "holding" up the lip kit that is on there. It's probably just on there for looks and doesn't have a function. It matches the hood pins I guess.

OK.....

whats thos little "bars" are doing it holding up air splitter, its not a lip kit

what is a air splitter,how does it work? click this to find out how it works

this is what you buy

You dont always need them there..all depends on this installation

most of the times people get them so they are able to adjust the downforce that the splitter creates, but it doesn't do that much good, but hey, what does on a civic.

no not jet engines...splitters are on the side of bumper on this car,they look like triangles that stick out from the bumper

I was thinking of getting one of them so my kit on the bottom wouldn't get that scratched.
