Default Body Kit Fitment: '98 to '99

I just got a body kit that fits a 98 Civic. I have a 99, so i know the side skirts and rear bumper will fit, but i know the headlights of the '99 will not fit with the body kit of a '98. My question is very similar to this thread. Could i get '98 headlights and put them on my car to make them fit with the new bumper, or is that even possible? Like does the bumper have the same plugs/bolts patterns as the '99, and do the headlights of a '98 have hte same wiring harness and brackets as the '99? Or should i just sell the front bumper individually and buy a bumper specifically for a '99?

I know you are probably wondering why i got the kit, but i dont want to go into, all the matters is i have it.
