someone told me that wen i get my urethane body kit put on, make sure they lose all the seam.... by this i think its meant to make it looks as if the body kit is perfectly attached to the car, my car is a bolt on kit and comes with screws and bolts, do i still hav to worry about seem and what should i tell the body shop 2 lose to get rid of the seam?

I believe that is talking about the seam between the lip and the car. I've never heard of filling that in before...if it's a decent kit it shouldn't be very far off.

Is that what you're asking??

usually urethane kits are pretty good, you probably wont have to worry about the seam.

If you want to you could have them fiberglass the gap before they paint it so there isn't a gap at all, you wouldn't even be able to tell where the car stops and the kit starts. The only downside to that would be that if you drag the ground hard somewhere the fiberglass wil flex and crack with the paint and it would need fixed. I would have done it to my car but I drag the ground a lot because the roads are horrible where I live (W.V.) but it is an option if you want to do it.

You mean molding the kit to the car? You really shouldn't have to with a urethane kit... molding is usually done when there's an ill-fitting fiberglass kit involved, or when an owner wants a "one-piece body" look. Anyway, if you decide to mold it, all you have to do is install the kit, fiberglass over the gaps, and then use body filler to smooth it out.
